1.1. I hereby authorize Vidioo Inc. to process technical data related to my visit to the Vidioo application and my data provided during the registration process in accordance with the present Privacy Policy, during my subscription with Vidioo.
1.2. Vidioo Inc. collects information of its subscribers, if you do not want to have information collected, please do not register.
1.3. Vidioo Inc. will use the data collected from the subscribers for mainly general purposes, such as improving services, contacting the subscribers, customizing the application content and promotional marketing purposes.
1.4. Vidioo Inc. also researches behavior patterns and trends to improve the subscribers user experience.
1.5. Vidioo Inc. takes serious security measures to grant maximum protection to information against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or deletion of data. The subscribers details are always protected by highly sophisticated security system.
1.6. Vidioo Inc. guards the subscribers information on electronic and physical levels.
1.7. Vidioo Inc. employees’ access to any personal information of Vidioo Inc. subscribers is extremely limited and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. Therefore, they might be subject to disciplinary measures, including the termination of their contracts and in serious cases even criminal prosecution should they fail to meet these strict obligations.
1.8. Vidioo Inc. shall be held harmless in case the right, foreseen in the previous number, is exercised and the personal data is lost or subject to unauthorized access.
1.9. Vidioo Inc. maintains the right to update, from time to time, its Privacy Policy, as well as the terms and conditions of the application providing the necessary web publicity. Said changes will be effective from the date of publicity. It is the subscriber”s responsibility to check the web publicity.

Our primary goals in collecting information is to provide and improve Vidioo, our services, features and content, to administer your Membership (together, the “Service”) and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate our Service.

Vidioo reserves the right to update and change this Statement from time to time without notice or acceptance by you, so please check this page frequently for updates and changes. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of companies that Vidioo does not own or control or to people that Vidioo does not employ or manage..
User Data
Information from Facebook/Twitter and Gmail is provided to us under the terms of Facebook’s/Twitter and Gmail’s privacy policy. You can control the information from their privacy settings in your account.
We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your profile (e.g., topics and interests) (“Non-Identifying Information”).
We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) mainly to provide the Service, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.
Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other information) in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information (for example, your viewing preferences). We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
When you register through the Service and submit your Personal Information Vidioo users and users of certain third-party websites will see your first name (as you have provided it to Facebook/Twitter/Gmail) as well as topics connected with your first name. You can choose what other Personal Information or other information to provide as part of your profile or through your video or chat sessions (“Other Member Information”) and in some cases you can choose whether to share your profile information publicly on Vidioo by making selections via the “New topic” or “My topics” or “My profile” sections on Vidioo.io. Providing Other Member Information is voluntary and should correlate with the degree of interaction you want to have with Vidioo users. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.
If you sign up for Vidioo via your Facebook/Twitter/Gmail Accounts, your Vidioo account and your Facebook/Twitter/Gmail account will be connected automatically, and information regarding your topics and chats, will be shared with Facebook/Twitter/Gmail and will appear in your Facebook/Twitter/Gmail newsfeeds, according to the settings you select when you create a “New topic”. Please review and consider carefully what topics and information you want to share with your Facebook/Twitter/Gmail
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform business-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, hosting, database management, web analytics and improvement of Vidioo’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how Vidioo is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Vidioo cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Vidioo or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, offensive or legally actionable activity.
Video and Audio Chats
Vidioo will not monitor, record or broadcast video and audio chat sessions any time. However, we cannot prevent your chat partners from broadcasting live or recorded Vidioo chat sessions without your or Vidioo’s permission through third party websites or services. We recommend that you exercise caution in disclosing any information, personal or otherwise, during a video or chat session.
Business Transfers
Vidioo may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new Vidioo’s planned processing of your information differs materially from that set forth in this Statement.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by visiting the “My Profile“ section in the Vidioo App Menu bar. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us at support@Vidioo.me with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Security
Vidioo is very concerned with safeguarding your information. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our profile forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). In some cases, we also encrypt sensitive information where it is stored on our systems.

Vidioo lets users add their own social media pages; Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Youtube pages. If you choose to visit other websites or services by clicking on the icons in the user detail screen, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites or services and not responsible for any content displayed. These other websites or services may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal Information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the Personal Information you submit to them.
Our Policy Toward Children
Vidioo is not directed to children and adolescents under 14. We explicitly do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 14. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@Vidioo.me. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
